  1. General Terms

    1. By placing an order with coachesgahanna.com , you automatically accept all the below-listed terms of service weather you read them or not. We reserve the right to change these terms of service without notice. You are expected to read all terms of service before placing any order to insure you are up to date with any changes or any future changes.
  2. Nature of Digital Goods

    1. Please note that our services consist of non-tangible irrevocable goods (digital marketing services). As such, we do not issue refunds to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, Crypto) once the order is completed and the product is sent. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site.
  3. EU Consumer Rights (GDPR & Withdrawal)

    1. If you are a consumer based in the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA), you generally have a right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days. However, by placing an order on coachesgahanna.com, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal from the contract once the service has fully been performed or the delivery process has started.
  4. Refund to Balance Only

    1. In case of a system error or a non-delivery of service, refunds are made only to your coachesgahanna.com account balance. You can use these funds to place other orders on our platform. We do not process refunds to your credit card or bank account unless there is a critical technical failure on our side that prevents service delivery entirely.
  5. Non-Refundable Scenarios

    1. You agree that NO REFUNDS will be issued in the following scenarios:
      1. Wrong Link: You placed an order for the wrong link/username.
      2. Private Account: You placed an order while the social media account was set to “Private”.
      3. Overlapping Orders: You placed multiple orders for the same link simultaneously.
      4. User Error: You changed your username or deleted the post/account while the order was in progress.
      5. Slow Delivery: Delivery times are estimates only. We will not refund orders that are “processing” if you feel they are taking too long.
  6. Chargebacks and Disputes

    1. You agree that once you complete a payment, you will not file a dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason. If you file a dispute or chargeback against us after a deposit, we reserve the right to:
      1. Immediately terminate all current and future orders.
      2. Permanently ban your account and IP address from our site.
      3. Remove any followers, likes, or views we delivered to your or your clients’ social media accounts.
      4. Report your activity to global anti-fraud databases used by other SMM panels.
  7. Drop & Refill Warranty

    1. Social media platforms update their algorithms frequently. Therefore, drop counts (loss of followers/likes) can happen. If the service you purchased has a “Refill Guarantee” stated in the description, we will refill the loss free of charge within the guarantee period.
      1. If the service is marked as “No Refill”, no refund or refill will be made if drops occur.
